No you're not imagining anything Brother Echo is now preparing Raw food and is more than excited to be doing so. Moving forward the plan is to prepare at least one new gourmet raw dish per week. In addition to the gourmet meals dependent on Raw Sangha ad sales and sponsorship we might also find that we're doing a smoothie or juice day as well. To kick off the first Brother Echo recipe show Brother Echo is showcasing his "Raw Symphony Salad". This salad has been a working experiment for about two months and just this week Brother Echo settled on the final ingredients. This salad is definitely a meal in and of itself, if you have a couple flax crackers or something along those lines it would be a nice addition but you can truly enjoy this salad for a meal by itself and be completely satisfied. Another plus to this particular salad is if you make it for yourself you're going to have food for at least a full day, breakfast, lunch and dinner and possibly more depending on your appetite. The salad also stays well when stored in glass tupperware in the refrigerator, it will be crisp and good for two days if need be.
